About me

A devoted yoga student of 12 years, and teacher of 6.
Arabella embraces both the profound and playful within this ancient practice, that ignites the magic within.

I am deeply passionate about sharing the profound practice of yoga while honoring its rich and ancient roots in India. My approach to yoga is one that embraces both tradition and adaptability, ensuring that each individual's unique needs are met.

My mission is to empower individuals to connect with their inner teacher, fostering trust in their own wisdom. Yoga serves as a guiding light on the path to self-discovery, offering benefits such as enhanced health, inner clarity, peace, and a harmonious flow in life. Over the years, I have been fortunate to witness these transformations not only within myself but also in the lives of countless individuals I've had the privilege to meet within the diverse world of yoga.

In today's fast-paced modern world, finding moments to relax and reconnect with ourselves, our breath, body, mind, spirit, and the natural world is more crucial than ever. Yoga has been a constant source of well-being in my daily life, and it is a profound honor to share its healing practices with others.

I extend my deepest gratitude to all my teachers and those who have passed down the knowledge of this 6000-year-old ancient Indian practice. They have been the torchbearers of wisdom, and we stand in their debt.

My offerings include public and private group classes, one-on-one sessions, women's-only yoga, educational programs for schools, and private bookings for special events such as birthdays, prenatal baby showers, festivals, workshops, sound healings, and meditation classes.

You can currently find me in the scenic Blue Mountains and Sydney region. If you have any questions or would like to make a booking, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to support you on your yoga journey."
