Join a friendly and inclusive community for a 5-week journey of mindful movement and connection, held in The Inner Space, Katoomba.

This 5 week course will work to melt away any winter cobwebs, and bring breath, movement, and mindfulness into your Spring season.

Options provided for beginners, to those with a regular practice.

When & Where

The next course begins August 21 2025 at The Inner space, Katoomba.
You’re welcome to bring your own Mat, or some mats will be provided.

It’s best to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class begins, to give yourself time to settle into the space.

How Much

The 5 week course costs a total of $125 or $30 for a drop in class.

Week 1 - Yoga Fundamentals ~ breath work, wrist care, body awareness
Week 2 - Standing Postures & Moon Salutation to welcome Spring
Week 3 - Twists and side stretch spinal decompression
Week 4 - Heart and hip opening
Week 5 - Balancing Poses & Sun Salutation


This course is perfect for reconnecting with your yoga practice if you’ve had a break, or those who are beginning their yoga journey.

Covid SafE measures

During this transition of learning to live with Covid-19, we will continue to practice reccomended public health measures to help support community and individual health, welness and safety.

These measures include :

  • Placing capacity limits to ensure 4 square metre social distancing - 10 pax per class

  • Provided santitiser

  • Provided check in

  • “Adjust me” or “don’t adjust me” cards next to your mat

  • Mask wearing optional

  • Ensured good airflow

  • If you have symptoms, or are a close or casual contact please stay home and if you feel like a sesion join us flowing live online here
