Welcome to the itinerary of our thoughtfully curated yoga and health retreat. Please note that all workshops, classes and activities are optional. You are encouraged to go your own pace, rest when you need, and enjoy the variety of health enriching sessions you feel called to.

Day 1 - Friday February 16th

Arrival ~ 3- 3.30p.m.

Settle into your room and enjoy light snacks and fresh healthy juices

Welcome Circle ~ 3.40 p.m.

Come together for an introduction to the retreat, receive your gift bag, tour the beautiful facilities, meet Arabella, and each other before you delve into an exploration of your unique health balance from an Ayevedic medicine perspective with an Ayerveda Dosha test.

Dinner ~ 6 p.m.

Enjoy an Ayervedic inspired vegetarian and vegan friendly dinner of beautifully prepared fresh produce by our talented onsite chef to nourish your body.

Body Softening & Yoga Nidra ~ 7.30-9 p.m.

Practice simple yoga moves and breathing to relax the body and mind after your drive ~ and enjoy a guided relaxation meditation to help prepare you for a deep and restful sleep in your luxurious bed. .

Relaxation time & Bed ~9 p.m. onward

Enjoy a cup of herbal tea or hydrating fresh rain water, unwind in the living spaces or head straight for a peaceful slumber.


Day 2 - Saturday February 17th

Morning Yoga - 7.30 a.m.

Drink in morning valley views with yoga on the deck. Get to know your body and breath with an all over body stretch. This flow builds on movements from the night before, it is accessible to beginners with options offered for those with a regular yoga practice too. Salute the sun as it rises and get your breath and blood flowing.

Breakfast ~ 8.30 a.m.

Indulge in a nourishing breakfast, where you can savor a thoughtfully curated selection of foods tailored to complement your Ayurvedic health profile, all skillfully prepared by your dedicated on-site private cook.

Nature Walk Meditation ~ 9.30-10.30 a.m.

Embark on a serene guided journey down the breathtaking Kanimbla Valley escarpment to the river during our nature walk, where you'll discover tranquil sit spots that invite you to connect intimately with the elements of nature, fostering a deep sense of calm within your heart and inspiring a profound sense of calm in the nervous system.

Journal Prompts/Affirmations Workshop ~ 10.30-11 a.m.

Back up at the lodge, sit down and reflect on the experience so far. Write down any important things you’ve learned about that you want to keep exploring, there will be a selection of journal prompts offered, as well as a short guided session on writing mantras for you to take with you beyond the retreat.

Retreat Relaxation ~ 11 a.m.-12.30 p.m.

Free time for a swim in the mineral salt pool, book a spa treatment, ask questions, read, write, relax and enjoy the beautiful grounds and facilities.

Lunch ~ 12.30p.m.

Savor a delectable lunch, where you'll enjoy a carefully selected array of freshly prepared dishes by your private on site cook, crafted to harmonize your health.

Retreat Relaxation ~ 1.30 -

Free time for swimming, treatments, asking questions, reading, yoga practice, meditation, writing, enjoying the beautiful grounds and facilities.

Crystal Bowl Sound Healing 3-4.30 p.m.

Immerse yourself in the harmonious vibrations of our crystal bowl sound healing session, where the resonant frequencies of quartz crystal bowls create a soothing soundscape, fostering deep relaxation and a sense of inner peace.

Acupressure & Self Massage Workshop ~ 5- 6 p.m.

Learn relaxing facial massage techniques to support lymphatic drainage, reduce puffiness, and ease head neck, and facial tension, paired with Traditional Chinese Medicine acupressure points to promote vital health.

Dinner 6.00 p.m.

Experience the exquisite flavors of dinner at our retreat, where you'll relish an artfully curated selection of freshly prepared dishes by your dedicated on-site cook, thoughtfully crafted to harmonize with your well-being.

Fire Circle ~ 7.30 p.m.

Embrace the ambiance of our fire circle, offering you a sacred space to reflect, connect with the transformative power of the fire element, and gracefully release that which you no longer wish to carry on your journey of self-discovery.

Wind Down & Bed 9 p.m. onwards

Wind down in the serene ambiance of our lodge facilities, where you can unwind and relax, and indulge in a restful night's sleep in the comfort of our beautiful accommodation.


Day 3 - Sunday February 18th

Partner Yoga ~7.30 a.m.

In our final yoga class, warm up and embrace the enriching experience of a partner yoga session, fostering connections as you explore mutual support and the art of giving and receiving, preparing you to embark on your journey home feeling deeply connected with the retreat community and supported in every step.

Guided Meditation ~ 8.30 a.m.

Enjoy a guided meditation designed to foster connection and strengthen trust in your inner voice of guidance and wisdom on your journey of life and health.

Breakfast ~ 9 a.m.

Indulge in a nourishing breakfast, where you can savor a thoughtfully curated selection of foods tailored to complement your Ayurvedic health profile, all skillfully prepared by your dedicated on-site private cook.

Prepare for home & Departure ~ 10-11 a.m.

As you prepare for your departure, take a moment to pack away cherished memories and the wealth of knowledge gained during the retreat, ready to carry the transformative experience with you on your journey back home
